“We met Jay Cipriani as a result of a nightmare from another contractor. Ours was a waterproofing job that went terribly wrong. We were going to contact another waterproofing company to remediate the situation when a friend suggested using a builder. Immediately we thought of Cipriani Builders in Woodbury.
