We had previously added a master suite and living room to this ranch house, converting their previous bedroom to a master bathroom. After living in that addition, they wanted a large room to “live” outdoors, so we designed this screen room complete with Eze-Breeze Windows. These screen/panels allow the air to circulate but keep the elements and dust at bay. They also extend the seasonal usage into the winter when they use the fireplace and the ceiling heaters.

The homeowner is originally from Texas and likes rustic decor to compliment their horse ranch, so the stained wood and stone fireplace created a cozy country retreat. They use the space for entertaining and a craft room.
