Home Sunroom Addition

This bachelor wanted to put his style on a home he inherited with a place to hangout and watch games with his friends. So, Joe came to us with his desire and met our designer Melissa Firth and she came up with a vision that he fell in love with. 

She created a sunroom addition and designed the space as large as possible within the property set-back limits, so they didn’t have to obtain any zoning permits. 

Melissa designed the addition with our 3D rendering software because it was important for Joe to visualize everything. He enjoyed the process because he was able to picture what everything would look like and how the space would work for him. The rendering brought everything to life. 

Melissa’s design was exactly what Joe was looking for. He loved what she selected, which made for a very quick process. 

After Melissa finalized the design, our project manager, Jim started the building process. Joe thought Jim “was wonderful, I got lucky with him as my project manager – he is outstanding.” 

Joe was so impressed with the process that he wanted our owner Jay to come out and show him what was done and personally tell him how great everything was.
