Mickleton Kitchen Remodel

After living in their home for 12 years, this family knew what wasn’t working in their kitchen. With growing kids, evolving routines, and a newly added backyard pool, their space needed to better accommodate daily life, hosting, and large gatherings. By making small but impactful updates, we improved flow, function, and flexibility while keeping much of the original layout intact.

Custom Design Solutions

This remodel improved flow, seating and storage. The island now supports Friday night crafting while staying functional for daily meals. As the kids grew, better fridge and trash access became essential. We optimized storage, layout and design cohesion, creating a kitchen built for everyday function and long-term flexibility.

Notable Features

  • Expanded Island – More seating and space for entertaining.
  • Improved Fridge & Trash Access – Designed for growing kids’ independence.
  • Better Flow to Family Room – Opened up the space for larger gatherings.
  • Removed Butler’s Corner – Reclaimed space for more functional use.
