Audubon Home Addition

This Audubon home addition gave a growing family the space to stay long-term. Instead of moving, they created a first floor that supports everyday life and future needs. The updated layout connects the kitchen and dining area, opening the home for meals, hosting and time spent together. With smart updates and classic charm, the space feels both timeless and personal.

Custom Design Solutions

The kitchen and mudroom were redesigned for better flow and function. Creamy cabinetry, a wood-tone island, gold accents, and sage walls create a calm, welcoming look. The mudroom includes custom cubbies, storage and a built-in desk. Trim details throughout the home highlight its historical character while complementing modern updates.
