Remarkable Whole-Home Remodel
We are thrilled to announce that one of our standout projects has been featured by Pro Remodeler in their magazine and on their website!
This ambitious project involved transforming a 7,500-square-foot home to meet the unique needs and timeline of the homeowner.
Highlights include:
- Kitchen Transformation: We removed structural walls to create an open-concept kitchen and dining area, designed to seat 20 guests.
- Bathroom Upgrades: All six bathrooms were remodeled, and two new bathrooms were added. The primary bath became a luxurious His and Hers suite.
- Basement Entertainment Hub: We built a soundproof 13-seat theater, lounge, and kitchenette.
- Specialty Rooms: Additions included a gift-wrapping room and a playroom for the family to enjoy.
One of the biggest challenges? Completing this extensive remodel in just nine months so the family could host their daughter’s wedding. With meticulous planning and teamwork, we achieved this monumental task, finishing ahead of the initially projected 18-month schedule.
