Our Annual Meeting brought the entire Cipriani Remodeling Solutions team together to reflect, reset, and look ahead with purpose. While 2025 was a challenging year that demanded focus, adaptability, and resilience, it was also a year of meaningful progress. We celebrated record-setting achievements, strong customer satisfaction, improved processes, and the dedication of a growing team. From welcoming new team members across field, office, sales, estimating, and marketing, to recognizing individual and departmental accomplishments, the morning reinforced just how much was achieved through collective effort – even when the path wasn’t always easy.
With the theme “Be Responsible for the Outcome,” the meeting set a clear tone for 2026: intentional growth, leadership at every level, and continuous improvement without losing our culture. Leadership transitions, new opportunities for advancement, and ambitious but disciplined goals highlighted a future built on accountability and shared ownership.
