Production Manager
Kevin Brennan is responsible for assisting with project development, and oversight and negotiations of all construction project trade contracts, project managers, lead carpenters, carpenters and construction-related activities.
“With over 20 years of construction experience, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to every project, ensuring quality and efficiency.”
He has overseen Local, State, Federal and private construction projects, including kitchen and bathroom renovations, additions, new homes construction and various public and private infrastructure and facility projects.
“I am passionate about construction and committed to delivering top-notch results, from residential remodels to complex infrastructure projects.”
Kevin began his career as a carpenter, quickly rising to crew foreman, and later becoming a site superintendent. He holds a degree in Construction Technologies & Management, as well as certificates for Lead Safe Work Practices, NICET, Construction Technologies, and is well-versed in Stormwater Pollution Management, Brownfield remediation, and his primary professional interest of Remodeling Construction.
