Bathroom Remodeling

This Vineland homeowner is a very busy doctor who already had a designer that he was working with on his bathroom remodeling project. His designer contacted us to help her out with the master bathroom. After having a few long discussions with her, we knew this was a much larger project than just giving advice over the phone. We decided we needed to get our designer Krista McLaverty directly involved to rescue the design and offer building solutions for his project.

Quartzite had already been purchased for the walls and floors for his master bathroom and powder room. He also wanted the bar and fireplace remodeled and later added kitchen countertops, backsplash and floors.

After multiple meetings regarding selections of materials we needed to bring in a structural engineer. The engineer went to the site with us to figure out exactly what we needed to do to structurally secure the second floor so that we could put a massive amount of weight in the bathroom from all the stone.

The Dr. was so busy he couldn’t select materials with us the way we normally do. So Krista sat with him at his office to help make selections and emailed him ideas to get everything figured out. Her assistance was invaluable to get everything done to his satisfaction.

We also had many meetings with the custom cabinet designer/installer and the Quartzite fabricator to make sure it all came together in the end. The finished result was a bathroom unlike any other, with custom cabinetry and doors, quartzite walls and floor and even the ceiling of the shower.
