These homeowners wanted an exterior screen porch that matched their needs – they enjoyed their time outside and wanted a seasonal addition.

We removed the existing concrete slab and replaced it with a stamped concrete patterned floor and foundation. One section of the new concrete slab was left open so they could utilize that space for barbecuing during the summer. The screened-in porch had screens from floor to ceiling so they could enjoy the refreshing spring and autumn breeze. Finally, white maintenance-free ceilings were added for a nice clean look.

This family loves spending time outdoors, and now they have the perfect room do just that!
