I had a wonderful and flawless experience with Cipriani. I am thrilled with the kitchen and bathroom remodeling outcome. All the workers and people involved were friendly and professional. Any and all questions were answered quickly and work was completed on time. I cannot say enough good things about the entire thing. Bravo
The workers left my place cleaned every time they left. There was little dust
due to all the precautions taken. They were very careful to leave clear pathways and tools were kept in designated areas. Safety was never a concern. Everyone treated me with respect and they treated each other with respect. I will miss seeing the team.
The communication was stellar. All texts and e-mails were answered promptly and clearly. They always checked to see if I had any concerns or questions. The workmanship was of high quality. Supervisors constantly checked and remediated any little thing and in my case, it was all little. If a tiny mark was noted, it was fixed! honestly had no problems but based on my experience with everything, I am positive they would have resolved any issues.
I loved the chart that told me what to expect every day. Every day matched what they said they would accomplish. I think my team finished a bit ahead of schedule which is pretty amazing.
I would like a shout-out to Susan, Nick, Doug, and Jesse. The person who did the tile and backsplash is a perfectionist. I was deeply appreciative. Susan helped me with all of the choices and gave me lots of confidence, Nick made sure the job ran smoothly and listened to some grandchildren’s sports bragging. Jesse and Doug worked hard and diligent workers who were mannerly and pleasant to have in my home.
You exceeded my expectations in every area. All I have ever heard is groans from people when they talked about their remodeling experience. All you will hear from me is clapping and joy. I really hope you will give my phone number out to potential customers who want a referral. I can’t imagine a better company and team.
