Kitchen Remodeling

 We went into this home in a 55-and-over community and found a typical 1200-square-foot-house that offered a small living room, small dining room and small family room.  This project started as a kitchen renovation and a two-bathroom renovation.  We initially intended to take down one half wall to open up the kitchen a little bit.  But as the project progressed we opened up the entire space to create a bright open concept home.   This enabled the homeowner to have a large living room space and large dining room space with a redesigned kitchen. Now, the kitchen is reconfigured to add more function, storage space and a large kitchen table.
