Home Renovation
Logan Township, NJ – Shady Brook Lane
This Logan Township home was built in the ‘90s and you could really tell with its dated style. The kitchen and entertainment area were both small and didn’t reflect the overall look the homeowners desired. The homeowners thought about moving to a new home, but after much consideration, they realized how much they loved their neighbors and the home’s location, so they decided to remodel and add additional square footage to the existing home.
Our designer Dan Schmidt was tasked with updating almost every room (and every detail) in the home, including every piece of trim, every window, both bathrooms, the kitchen, the living room and the HVAC system; he was designing the homeowners’ forever home.
Dan used his eye for design to bring the home up to date cosmetically with a Mendota fireplace, Thermador appliances, Alex Turco backsplash for the stove and floor tiles from Barretta Tile & Stone. He also added a huge, new entertaining area and a charming and spacious kitchen for the homeowners to enjoy with their children and grandchildren – all within the confines of a townhouse.
Every family wants a space that looks new and inviting all at once. Now, these homeowners have exactly that with this whole house remodel!
