Kitchen Remodeling

A small, dated and poorly-functioning kitchen was prohibiting this home from reaching its true potential. The homeowners had always dreamed of a large, open footprint kitchen. We were challenged by structural issues and how we could build the addition without having a large steel header visually cluttering up the ceiling. The solution was to recess it into the second floor framing so now it’s completely hidden.

We more than doubled the size of the kitchen, opened the room up into the dining area, and built an additional sitting area off of the new kitchen.

Now these homeowners have the kitchen and dining space that they’ve always dreamed of.
