“Imagining the memories families will have in their new space fuels my imagination. For me, it’s all about the individuals, their needs, wants and dreams. After all, home is where the heart is. I love becoming a part of their extended family. My mission is to remodel homes and hearts.”
Cindy has been in commercial and residential construction most of her life. She began drawing house plans when she was growing up in rural Pennsylvania. Her father had converted a one-room schoolhouse into their two-story home. His sense of vision instilled a love of construction and design in her at an early age. She thought she wanted to be an architect when she grew up. So, she spent hours drawing house designs and learning construction. One of her early drawings hangs outside her office. Her Award Winning kitchens, bathrooms and additions incorporate attention to detail while making the process fun for her clients. She was voted “Designer Salesperson of the Year” by The Builder’s League of South Jersey in 2010, 2011, 2012 and 2013!
One of the reasons clients are so thrilled with her designs is that she can clearly picture the finished space after spending time getting to know their lifestyle, needs and wants. Due to her background as a Professional Organizer, she creates kitchens, bathrooms, and additions with each families’ specific space requirements and budget in mind. Also being trained as an HVAC ductwork designer enables Cindy to design the floor plans and also the mechanical requirements.
“Being able not only to design and draw new spaces but watch them come to life is the fulfillment of a childhood dream. Back then I had no idea how fun it would be to shop with my clients and guide them in choosing every detail of their project! My goal is to connect on a personal level, so long after the project is finished, our friendship remains.”
Cindy met Jay when she owned her own home decorating and repair business. They share three sons and a golden-doodle named Lexi.
