Remodeling Designer

We are looking for the right person who can have fun while making us a better company while serving our homeowners. The right candidate should be a mix of a home enthusiast, space creator, salesperson, and cheerleader. If you love improving the lives of homeowners, we would love to talk to you.

Our client acquisition team will connect you with homeowners looking to improve their homes. We will provide all the support you need, working alongside our Design & Production Team, to deliver a great plan for your homeowner’s project.

If you presently own a Design Firm, Remodeling Business, or Manage New Home Sales and no longer want to do it all yourself, this may be an excellent opportunity for you.

We currently have six award-winning Remodeling Consultants and we want to add you to our Team. Give us a call, let’s have a conversation.

 Skills Required:     

  • Experience in the Remodeling, Homebuilding, or Construction Industry helps, but is not necessary.
  • Use Office 365 – Word, Excel, etc.
  • Friendly, positive attitude – loves interacting with people
  • Ability to measure rooms

Project Manager Position

We’re searching for experienced craftsmen/women to work in residential home remodeling at a very high level of quality and efficiency for the following positions:


Project Manager

You need to be capable of performing and managing all aspects of residential home remodeling. This position includes doing the construction work as well as managing the work of others to ensure projects are built to our high standards. Must be proficient with computers and be current with the latest product installation techniques.

Lead Carpenter

In this position, you must be proficient with hand and power tools, and be current with the latest product installation techniques. 


This is an opportunity to join a team of very dedicated and talented people that continually strive to better themselves. We are not looking for someone who just wants a job, we want someone who is interested in a career. Please provide a detailed resume of experience.

Pay: Hourly – commensurate with skill level

    About Cipriani

    Jay Cipriani started his remodeling business out of the back of his Chevy El Camino right after high school in 1978. From these humble beginnings, he has grown the business over the past 40 years into the most award-winning remodeling company in South Jersey. His goal has always been to take care of the customer and treat them right. Jay wants to make the remodeling experience as safe and stress-free as possible for the homeowner. “Remodeling can be an overwhelming process for people who have never gone through it before, and we are here to hold their hand the whole way. We never want them to feel they are on their own with us.”

    For Cipriani Remodeling Solutions, remodeling is more of an experience than just another project. That is why we developed a five-step process – listen, design, refine, define and build – to ensure every client has a great outcome.

    “We say vision drives structure, structure drives processes and processes drive outcomes,” Jay explains. “Our slogan is ‘we listen better and care more.’ There have been many times during consultations when we have been told we do things our competition doesn’t, such as taking detailed notes, measurements and pictures.”

It’s also important to be trustworthy and deliver on any promises we make. “We talk about how we’ll take care of the homeowner’s house, and the importance of how they are trusting us to be around their belongings, children, and pets,” Cipriani says. “We also communicate with them daily to keep them up-to-speed on any pertinent information.”
